Battling Seasickness

Thanks to all of you who have written in with your suggestions and concerns about my potential seasickness. You can rest assured; I’ll be prepared with all the possible prescriptions meds, over the counter remedies and even some natural remedies. I’ve spoken to many a sailor, and done a bunch of online research, and I am ready!

So, what have I got in my anti-puking arsenal? I’ve got some crystallized ginger, Dramamine, acupressure wrist doohickey-thingies, “the patch”, organic ginger tea, Bonine, and ginger beer. All I need now is some chocolate covered ginger and a barf bag and my seasickness prevention kit is complete. Stay tuned and I’ll let you know which works out the best for me.
